I’d like to leave a glowing review for the excellent work carried out in repairing my mains water leak. The team had to attend twice, but Conrad and the crew were fantastic throughout. They completed all the work in horrible weather and still took the time to clearly explain the issues they found. James also from JTS took time to arrange to book in the appointments and after completion called to explain what was found and what was completed.



They came out via my insurance company AXA and DASA, who arranged the repairs, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team really put our minds at rest with their professionalism and communication.



I would highly recommend this company for any water works needed, truly outstanding service!

Just want to say thanks for a very well done job.

Quick response to my enquiry, the team on site were hard working, conscientious, knowledgable and very professional. Despite an expected one day job turning into a three day job with unforeseen complications, they did not let up until the job was done leaving the site very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

2020 started as a bad year but got worse when I discovered a leak from my mains water supply. The building dated from 1860. and had replacement concrete floors. In the end decided on breaking the concrete and create a new channel with ducting. Work started at 9:30 and was finished by 5:00. Very impressed. with the whole team.

I had a ongoing investigation from Portsmouth Water regarding a potential leak.

Portsmouth Water referred me to JTS for further investigation, who came onsite to assess and scope out next steps.

During this period, we had building work going onsite and the builder found the leak. On contacting JTS they the arranged for a team to come round and fix the issue, whilst liaising with our insurance company.

All representatives of JTS, were polite, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they were going.to do it.

James the owner kept in constant contact and his timely intervention enabled us to keep the building work progressing.

All members of JTS were a pleasure to work with.

The leak was fixed and the site was left clean.

Excellent service. Rob and Lee had a very difficult job to do and worked very hard to find a solution to the problem. They were hard working and obliging and went over and above to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. First class service, punctual and efficient.

We had a serious leak and JTS were recommended to us by Portsmouth Water Company. We were contacted within days by JTS and advised when a team would arrive to fix the problem. They arrived on time, inspected the premises and attended to the problem in a most efficient and prompt manner with the minimum of mess. In addition to this, the two young men, Luke and Mike, were pleasant, polite, and professional in their approach. They were respectful and efficient . When the work was finished they tidied up and we were more than satisfied. Thank you so much.

We had a water leak under the drive I phoned JTS about the problem and said that the insurance company would only do a repair to the pipe which I was not happy with. JTS gave me good advice about all the option that I had so I went with one and they do all the paper work and talk to my insurance company it made the whole process so easy. The work that was carried out was very high standard I would recommend them. Thank you for your service.

The two men arrived at 9.30, got to work immediately, had a short lunch break and left at dusk. They were diligent, polite and respectful of both we the occupants and our property. They left site with little sign they had been there.
